Part-time, Seasonal (Perfect for students, teachers, or anyone looking for summer income!) Ryse Pizza is hiring Team Members for our new Port Austin location. Ryse Pizza is a fast-casual restaurant with counter service, carryout, delivery, seating, and eventually a full bar. We are currently waiting on our liquor license, so bar service will be added after opening. We're building a team-oriented workplace where people enjoy coming to work, help each other out, and take pride in what they do. We believe the best restaurants happen when everyone works together. While people naturally develop strengths over time, everyone learns every area of the restaurant so we can be versatile, support one another, and succeed as a team. We do not have traditional waitstaff.

Our model is simple:

everyone helps everywhere. Team Members work together across multiple areas of the restaurant and help create a great experience for guests.

Pay:

$14.00-$16.00 per hour + pooled tips Pay is based on experience, reliability, and responsibilities taken on over time. Team Members who learn additional roles and take on greater responsibilities have opportunities to grow within the company. All tips are pooled and shared across the team, including counter tips, online ordering tips, delivery tips, and future bar tips. Tips can add meaningful additional income on top of hourly pay.

Responsibilities:

Take customer orders and provide friendly service Answer phones and assist with online orders Prepare pizzas and menu items Run food and assist guests Wash dishes and help keep the restaurant clean Prep and stock ingredients Help teammates and jump in where needed What we're looking for: Dependable and on time Positive attitude Team-oriented mindset Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn multiple positions Enjoys staying active and busy during shifts Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Strong preference for nights, weekends, and summer availability Experience is great, but attitude matters more.
