$30•35/hour Approximately $74,100•86,450 per year gross/year depending on hourly rate and overtime calculations (based on 40 regular hours + 5 overtime hours weekly)

Child A (2.5 year old boy): A bright, playful, and curious child who enjoys books, imaginative play, music, and hands-on activities. Attend school during the week, so part of the nanny's role will involve helping with morning transitions, school drop-off/pick-up support, and creating engaging afternoons filled with play and connection. Child B (1 year old girl): A happy and active toddler who is exploring the world through movement, music, sensory play, and interaction. She thrives with attentive, nurturing care and enjoys songs, books, toys, and age-appropriate developmental activities throughout the day. You Might Be a

Responsibilities:

Maintaining a calm, structured, and safe environment at all times Supporting daily schedules, routines, meals, naps, evening baths, and transitions Providing attentive, hands-on care for both children Provide Lunch & Dinner to both children School drop-off/pick-up support for the 2.5 year old Bring children to local activities & playdates Encouraging creativity & learning through reading, music, art, imaginative play, and outdoor activities Helping with developmentally appropriate milestones for young toddler, like walking, climbing, eating independently, potty training, etc. Child-related tidying and organization throughout the day, including leaving the house how you found it (putting toys away, sweeping up after meals etc.) When children are napping Children's naps are aligned in the afternoon and ~2 hours in length Laundry for the children Simple / light meal prep for the children

Important Notes:

Family has a housekeeper Mom has a hybrid work schedule and works partly from home. This is a minimal cell phone use household. The expectation is that Nanny is not on their phone when engaging with the children, rarely taking calls on their phone (except in an emergency, and never while driving) and is committed to being fully present with the children in their care.
