M-Sat | 0600 - 1600 | 60hrs/week Project Scope The construction safety manager will oversee safety for the structural steel contractor on a data center consturction project. Steel erection, rigging, is responsible for overall subcontractor safety program execution, management of subcontractor safety coordinators, caseCare management, safety administration, work coordination, high-risk activity planning and development, etc.

Qualifications Must have:

BCSP:

CHST or CSP or GSP 5+ years of structural steel construction safety experience Key Responsibilities Conduct project safety inspections and employee orientations Monitor OSHA compliance Upload documentation into Procore Daily safety reports Track workforce safety compliance Maintain safety logs and compliance records Provide safety training as needed Monitor worksite employees and enforce safety protocols Review and manage safety-related documentation and contractor correspondence Perform additional EHS-related tasks as required They expect the safety person to help shape the safety program.

SkillsKnowledge Skills:

Excellent public speaking and communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team OSHA outreach training experience (preferred) Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Knowledge:
