Day Shift Project Scope The Safety Manager will support a short-term construction project in Hutto, TX, providing onsite safety oversight and compliance management. This role is focused on maintaining a safe work environment through consistent field presence, proactive hazard identification, and enforcement of safety standards.

The position requires hands-on involvement with daily inspections, permit management, and coordination with field leadership to ensure all safety protocols are followed. Strong technical aptitude is essential, as documentation and reporting will be managed using digital tools and systems. Qualifications

OSHA 510

certification Strong technology skills for digital reporting and documentation Experience conducting site inspections Experience managing permits Ability to work a Monday-Saturday, 60-hour schedule Ability to work onsite in Hutto, TX Key Responsibilities Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections Ensure compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety requirements Manage and review safety-related permits Document inspections, findings, and corrective actions using digital tools Work closely with field supervisors to address safety concerns Support incident prevention through proactive hazard identification Skills Safety inspections, OSHA compliance, permit management, digital documentation, field communication, hazard recognition Knowledge Base Strong understanding of construction safety principles, OSHA regulations, and jobsite inspection practices. Familiarity with permit processes and the use of technology for reporting, tracking, and compliance documentation in an active construction environment.
