CDL A Full Job Description Job Description:

Full time driving position to help cover when other drivers are unavailable for their usual route 60k-72k starting annual salary ($1,150-$1,350 weekly) Home time varies with fleet needs, can be home weekly some weeks or OTR others 12 months of CDL A truck driving experience required. We are seeking highly skilled and adaptable CDL-A licensed drivers to join our elite Flex Driver Team. As a Flex Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service, even when unexpected situations arise. This position offers a unique blend of challenge and flexibility, perfect for those who thrive in dynamic environments. Provide reliable and timely coverage for scheduled shifts when other drivers are unavailable Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by interacting professionally with clients and team members. Exhibit high emotional intelligence and the ability to get along with a diverse range of personalities. Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of vehicles. Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate schedules and assignments. Represent Inland Xpress with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Job Requirements:

Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record, with 1 year

CDL A OTR

Wage Range:

60000.00 - 72000.00 per year
