Job Description

Sales Account Manager Schedule :
Monday to Friday, 7 AM

High School diploma or equivalent
Experience :
Some background in metal fabrication, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required About Us We're a family-owned company in Appomattox, VA that's been going strong since 2002. What You'll Do As a Sales Account Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for customer requests and quotes, and you'll help guide the customer experience from start to finish. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure smooth communication, accurate pricing, and a quality final product. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Address customer's needs, concerns and questions promptly Process incoming Purchase Orders and provide customer Order Acknowledgement Preview customer CAD files to ensure jobs are production ready Quickly and professionally respond to customer RFQs with estimates which will include materials, labor, machines times, and production processes Understand and align with customer expectations—timelines, design, pricing Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, purchasing, production) to prevent and resolve issue that may arise Prepare detailed cost estimates Keep quality top of mind every step of the way What We're Looking For Excellent communicator who's confident and clear Detail-oriented and well-organized Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Able to use Microsoft Office comfortably Typing speed of 40 WPM or better
