Job Description

Sales Accounts Manager Job Description Prolawn Turf & Landscape Management, Inc. Prolawn Turf & Landscape Management, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Manager to join our growing team. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our existing commercial and residential clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving renewal business. This role requires a blend of excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of turf and landscape services, and a proactive, problem-solving approach. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients. Conduct regular site visits at client locations in Brevard County to ensure service quality and address concerns. Proactively communicate with clients regarding service schedules, proposed enhancements, and seasonal updates. Ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded, and promptly resolve any service issues. Sales and Renewal Manage the contract renewal process for all assigned accounts, aiming for a high retention rate. Identify and present enhancement opportunities to clients, such as seasonal color, irrigation repairs, or specialized treatment programs. Develop and deliver professional proposals and presentations for renewal and enhancement services. Operations and Administration Work closely with the Operations team and Crew Leaders to ensure the efficient and high-quality delivery of contracted services. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, service agreements, and proposals in the company's CRM system. Assist in the billing and invoicing process for assigned accounts. Participate in weekly team meetings at 4360 US 1 Cocoa, Florida 32927 to review account status and operational needs.
Required Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of account management experience, preferably in the landscape, turf, or related service industry.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of landscape maintenance principles, including turf care, plant health, and irrigation systems.
Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
License:
