As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Administrative Assistant Position Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations, facilitate effective communication, and enhance customer service experiences. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help drive sales initiatives forward while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise and contribute to a thriving sales organization. Key Responsibilities Follow up on proposals to help support the sales process Mail certificates of completion and paid invoices after projects wrap up Review project photos to ensure proper documentation of each project Assist with sales reporting and tracking key performance metrics Maintain accurate, organized customer records Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed What We're Looking For Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with basic computer tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets) Previous admin, customer service, or sales support experience preferred Construction or home improvement experience is a plus, but not required Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to great service Requirements Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently Strong typing skills with high accuracy; familiarity with data entry processes Previous experience in office management or personal assistant roles is a plus Demonstrated attention to detail in proofreading documents and managing schedules Strong computer literacy combined with excellent time management skills Join us as a Sales Administrative Assistant where your enthusiasm for organization and customer service will help propel our sales team toward success!
