Responsibilities Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals such as new activations, phone upgrades, accessory sales, rate plans, add-ons, retention goals, and auto bill pay goals Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive overall team success via Slack Participate in outside marketing events Requirements Previous experience in phone sales or telemarketing is preferred Independent and self-motivated team player Tech-savvy and enjoy working with technology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical activity such as setting up promotional material, changing displays, cleaning, marketing, etc. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus Reliable Transportation Must be at least 18 years of age Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Benefits $16.90hr plus daily bonus' and monthly uncapped commissions Flexible working hours Employee discounted services and perks Company Swag Spacetel Norcal Prestige is a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer located in N.
