You will be joining a company with longevity and a team passionate about increased sales and yield results. As an Agronomy Salesperson, you will be calling on farmers on a daily basis to ensure that they are getting the best products and service available by making recommendations to producers on chemical, fertilizer and seed. In this role you will maintain existing producer relationships as well as working with new producers / potential customers in the territory while working as a team with both sales and operations. A successful candidate for this Agronomy Sales role covering the Chappell, Nebraska area will possess the following: Solid understanding of crop production, scouting, agronomy and seed products Experience working with a variety of crops Actively sell to current and potential customers Fertilizer and chemical experience is preferred Provide accurate and timely sales reports Remain self-motivated and goal orientated Innovative with ability to increase sales and market share Provide proper recommendations and education Provide follow-up service to ensure customer satisfaction Excellent communication and customer service skills The compensation range for the Sales Agronomist role will depend on experience. For a new graduate, the will pay be based on experience, education and internships.
