Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude. Assist customers in product selection by offering knowledgeable recommendations and conducting product demos. Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and retail math calculations. Upsell relevant products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain attractive merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and inviting. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Supervise or assist in training new team members, fostering a collaborative team environment. Use bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups when needed. Experience Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are key! Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math is advantageous. Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities within the team. Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, are essential for success. Experience working in grocery stores or similar retail environments will be beneficial.
