Sales and Marketing Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing Support Review and evaluate marketing opportunities, including influencers, PR, ad programs, and store marketing programs. Act as a brand representative on all growth opportunities. Manage order processing and fulfillment for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon. Create and distribute marketing materials, including web mailers and sales content. Manage online advertising and social media accounts. Coordinate with external partners and affiliates. Assist in event planning and trade show organization, including logistics and travel arrangements Maintain product inventory, imagery, and listings on multiple e-commerce platforms. Administrative & Customer Service Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries and handle order discrepancies. Provide exceptional customer service and manage customer communications. Assist with the preparation and beautification of facilities for events and guests. Special projects as assigned by the CEO. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of marketing processes and best practices. Proficiency in social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) are a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Creative flair and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Experience with Excel and PowerPoint. High executive function and attention to detail. Enthusiastic people person with excellent interpersonal skills.
