Sales and Marketing Professional

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Professional to support customer engagement and retail sales activities in a retail environment. In this role, you will work directly with customers by providing product information, assisting with purchases, and supporting in-store promotional activities. This position is performed in person at a retail location and involves regular interaction with customers. Training is provided for all new employees. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide professional assistance in a retail setting Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and current offers Assist customers with purchases and product selection Process transactions using the point-of-sale system Support in-store product displays and promotional materials Maintain a clean and organized retail environment Follow company procedures during customer interactions and transactions Work toward established sales and customer service goals Communicate effectively with team members and management Qualifications Previous retail, sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred but not required Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain products and services clearly and professionally Reliable attendance and punctuality Basic computer skills for transactions and customer information Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible availability, including weekends Compensation $17-$24 per hour plus performance-based bonuses. Full-time employees may earn approximately $800-$1,200 per week depending on hours worked and performance.
