As an Operating Room Tech (ORT) in this respected facility, you'll be exposed to a diverse perioperative environment with 7 OR suites (including a dedicated heart room and 6 general rooms). Schedule/Hours:
10-hour shifts, with potential night call Rotational weekends with call Holiday call requirementsQualifications:
Minimum 2 years of operating room tech experience Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS preferred Strong knowledge of EMR (Cerner/Surginet experience a plus) Team-oriented, reliable, and adaptable in fast-paced environmentsResponsibilities:
Scrub and assist with surgical procedures across specialties (excluding endo IR cases) Ensure sterile technique and proper instrument handling Support circulating RN, anesthesia team, and surgical staff during cases Prepare, maintain, and restock OR equipment and supplies Rotate weekend and holiday call coverage as needed Complete thorough patient and unit documentationBenefits and Perks:
