Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Sales and Merchandising Associate, where your enthusiasm and creativity will drive the success of our retail environment. In this role, you will be the vital link between our brand and our customers, ensuring that product displays are visually appealing, well-stocked, and aligned with marketing strategies. Your energy and organizational skills will help create an engaging shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty and boosts sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in retail sales, visual merchandising, and store management while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultative Sales:
Guide customers through furniture selections with product knowledge and a helpful attitude.
Visual Merchandising:
Assist in floor resets, arranging furniture and accessories to create inspiring, on-brand displays.
Detail Management:
Ensure price tags are accurate, samples are organized, and the showroom is pristine.
Operational Integrity:
Handle transactions accurately and maintain a high level of trust regarding inventory and store security.
Requirements:
Schedule:
Ability to work most weekends is required.
Availability:
Willingness to work overtime as needed during peak seasons or floor changes.
Travel:
Ability to participate in occasional company-paid travel for training or regional events.
Mindset:
Punctual, self-motivated, and highly organized with a keen eye for design aesthetics.

Experience Previous retail sales experience with a strong focus on customer service excellence. Knowledge of merchandising principles including planograms, schematics, and visual design techniques. Familiarity with remodeling projects or interior design concepts can be advantageous. Strong communication skills coupled with organizational abilities to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently. $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
