Sales Assistant / Inside Sales/ Purchasing Coordinator Bradford Supply Company is looking for highly motivated employee for a motivated and resourceful Sales Assistant to join our team. Full-time position at 40 hours per week with full benefits to include: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, 401K/Profit Sharing, Holidays and vacation available. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with vendors, and helping customers find hard-to-source products.

Responsibilities:

Contact vendors and suppliers to request pricing and product quotes Purchase non-stock and special-order inventory based on customer needs Research uncommon or difficult-to-find products Use critical thinking and persistence to solve customer supply challenges Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and manufacturers Follow up on orders, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines Assist the sales team with customer inquiries and product sourcing Maintain accurate purchasing and order records Count inventory levels with accuracy Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be able to drive a truck, sometimes hauling a trailer, full of inventory to deliver to customers outside of the Riverton area Must be personable and able to work with people on a minute to minute basis with a positive outlook Develop a knowledge of pipe, valves and fittings that Bradford Supply Company offers within the world of oil field, Gas field, water systems, plumbing, excavating/sewage and industrial applications

Qualifications:
