Bad Boy Mowers and Tractors, LS, TYM, & Yanmar Tractors. We are seeking a dedicated Sales Associate for our Hudson WI location to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for service orders, parts ordering, warranty, service quotes on mowers, tractors, trailers & all outdoor power equipment.

We Skills:

• MUST have prior sales experience !
• MUST have excellent customer service skills !
• MUST be efficient with facebook marketplace.
• Good standing reviews
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and tools
• Knowledge of gas and diesel engines.
• Strong background in hydraulics.
• Willingness to work alongside other sales staff.
• Knowledge of assembly of new products.
• Knowledge of loading and unloading cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
• Basic mechanical knowledge for mower/tractor maintenance Qualifications for Sales Manager
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Previous sales experience is required. Plus if its within the Ag / Powersports industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively.
• Ability to learn new technology, with basic service procedures and specifications.

Parts & Service Advisor Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

We pay an hourly rate plus commission. Breaks down expected to 40k-70k a year with room for grow after first year.

• Based on experience!

Expected hours:

No less than 40 per week. Every other weekend Saturday 9 to Noon.
