Duties:

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Train and supervise team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and provide exceptional service Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations Upsell products to increase sales and meet sales targets Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner Maintain a clean and organized store environment Manage inventory and restock merchandise as needed Process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize Ability to be a team player and have fun Reliable transportation Read, understand, and write the English language at the eight-grade level Seeking people who are customer service focused. Physical Requirements:

Ensures physical maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of all store facilities Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times Prolonged periods of standing

No Experience Needed:

Customer Service - 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

High school or equivalent

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
