Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation Assist customers with product selection, providing detailed information on features and benefits Process transactions efficiently using retail math skills, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management Maintain accurate cash registers and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean, organized store environment Experience Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for helping others is essential Basic math skills including retail math, 10 key typing proficiency, and understanding of cash handling procedures are important for success in this role Experience with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Strong communication skills combined with a proactive attitude will help you thrive in a fast-paced environment Must become efficient in gun sales and background checks; training will be provided.
