Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Engage with customers through effective communication to build rapport and trust. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Operate the cash register accurately, handling cash transactions and credit card payments. Maintain organized stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and accessible. Process stock deliveries and assist with inventory management as needed. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers. Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
