Sales Associate

We sell men's and women's quality western wear. We will be interviewing qualified candidates for the position of a Retail Sales Associate. This position will report to the Owners and Store Manager. Located in the heart of Downtown Steamboat Springs, our amazing staff offers top notch customer service in a fun, western atmosphere. Our ideal candidate will possess a solid base of education and experience that includes sales, customer service, merchandising, operations and product knowledge functions in a retail environment. Compensation is $20 per hour plus sales commission. The job expectation are as follows; consistently achieve your own "fair share" of personal goals deliver a high level of customer service to our customers perform store operations at a high level of productivity, efficiency, and accuracy including merchandising, inventory, organization, and cleanliness have FUN serving all who visit F.M. Light & Sons from around the world! We provide all the training you need to have the tools to SELL as a professional; a skill that makes you marketable across many industries.
