Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming shopping atmosphere Assist customers by providing product information, conducting demos, and answering questions Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell products and suggest complementary items to enhance customer purchases Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing according to store standards Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries Support inventory management by conducting stock checks and managing product flow Provide exceptional customer service by listening actively, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction Qualifications Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math skills Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus Supervising experience or leadership skills are beneficial for growth opportunities within the team Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and standing for extended periods Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions at all times Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences!
