Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining the sales floor. If you have a passion for helping people and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with locating products
• Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
• Answer phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Stock shelves and ensure the sales floor is organized and presentable
• Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Must be able to work Saturday and have an open schedule Proven sales and customer service experience is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 100 pounds
• Enthusiasm for hardware and DIY projects is a plus Strong knowledge of electrical, paint, hardware, plumbing, concrete, and lumber products.
