This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, has a passion for unique and international snacks, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience while helping drive sales and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude Educate customers about exotic and international snack products Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and new arrivals Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently Restock shelves and ensure displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally Support in-store promotions, events, and product tastings Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to company standards Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for snacks, food culture, or international products is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Availability Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Part-time and full-time positions available Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage Employee discounts on products Opportunities for growth within the company Fun, dynamic, and team-oriented work environment Why Join Exotic Snack Guys?
