What You'll Do As a Sales Professional, you will: Greet customers and make them feel welcome from the moment they arrive Listen to each customer's needs and help match them with the right vehicle Follow up with internet leads, phone calls, previous customers, and walk-in traffic Present vehicle features, options, payments, trade values, and purchase options clearly Help customers through the buying process from first contact to delivery Build strong relationships with local customers and the surrounding community Maintain product knowledge on Chevrolet vehicles, used vehicles, incentives, and dealership processes Work with management and finance to create a smooth, transparent buying experience Stay organized with customer information, follow-up tasks, appointments, and sales opportunities Represent Wheeler Chevrolet with professionalism, honesty, and a strong work ethic The ideal candidate is: Friendly, outgoing, and easy to talk to Competitive and motivated by results Professional in appearance and communication Comfortable talking with customers in person, on the phone, by text, and online Strong at follow-up and willing to make calls Coachable and willing to learn our process Organized and dependable Honest, trustworthy, and community-minded Comfortable with technology, basic computer systems, and customer management tools Interested in building a long-term career, not just finding another job Preferred Background Automotive sales experience is not required .
