Waiter/ Cashier

Greets and serves guests in a courteous and caring manner using personalized service to create a warm and friendly atmosphere for casino patrons. Maintains familiarity with all items for sale. Maintains confidentiality and adheres to company policies and gaming regulations. Ensures cleanliness of the assigned food and beverage area is maintained at all times. Enters all orders into the cashiering system correctly to ensure accurate products are delivered to guests. Delivers drinks and prepared food to the appropriate guest within customer service based goals. Maintains positive guest relations at all times, resolving guest complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction. Performs all assigned side work to include replenishing/restocking work station with supplies. Checks station before, during, and after shift for proper preparation, set-up and cleanliness. Abides by all health codes, hand washing guidelines and fully observes all safety procedures. Informs manager or supervisor when new bottles or supplies are needed. Recognizes levels of intoxication and prevents customers from being overly intoxicated. Maintains a safe work environment at all times. Reviews and shortages and overages, and records them for management review. Sets up service seating area prior to opening. Maintains security of all supplies and inventory and maintains record of daily operations as required.
