Sales Associate and Warehouse Support

All-Phase Electric Supply is seeking an exceptional, dependable, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Associate and Warehouse Support . This key role is vital to our operations and will require a self-starter who is adaptable to a fast-paced environment and has a strong interest in both customer service and business operations. As a Sales Associate and Warehouse Support , you will be responsible for working directly with customers in a sales format and providing order support, pulling orders accurately, and providing assistance in warehouse shipping and receiving when needed. You'll maintain a professional appearance, have a customer focused mindset, and keep up a team focused attitude with warehouse performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer service at the sales counter or phone calls by answering questions, processing orders, and helping customers with their needs. Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide excellent service at all times. Maintain knowledge of materials, tools, equipment, and products to provide superior service to customers. Assist in the warehouse with receiving, storing, and distributing materials, ensuring inventory accuracy. Support the team in various warehouse functions, including order picking, packing, and material handling. Ensure the safe use of warehouse equipment, including hand trucks, box cutters, and tape dispensers. If needed, safely drive and deliver electrical materials and products to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong technical skills Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting Ability to lift up to 50lbs independently

Preferred Qualifications:

1 to 2 years of Relationship Sales experience 1 to 2 years of Customer Service Experience 1 to 2 years of experience in material handling or warehouse operations Experience working in an electrical supply environment (preferred but not required)

Working Conditions:

This position operates primarily in a Counter and Warehouse setting, with potential occasional outdoor exposure during receiving material or deliveries. The role involves routine use of warehouse equipment (hand trucks, box cutters, etc.) and office equipment (computers, phones, photocopiers). Physical activity required, including lifting, bending, and loading/unloading materials.
