Sales Associate (AT&T)

We are currently seeking a Sales Associate who is motivated, people-focused, and ready to start a career in sales, wireless, and customer engagement. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting new people, and closing deals. Your Day-to-Day Impact as a Sales Associate Represent AT&T wireless products and services in residential areas through in-person outreach Engage directly with customers to understand needs and recommend the right wireless solutions The Sales Associate drives new customer acquisition through consultative, solution-based sales Conduct product explanations, demonstrations, and walkthroughs to close sales The Sales Associates manage assigned territories strategically to maximize daily sales opportunities Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Sales Associates collaborate with team members to improve performance and share best practices Consistently meet and exceed weekly sales goals and performance metrics What You Bring as a Sales Associate Strong motivation to succeed in sales, wireless, and customer-facing roles Excellent communication and active listening skills Comfortable working in a mobile, field-based sales environment Self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation for daily residential territory coverage Positive mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn All Sales Associate's previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required

Pay:

$3,400.00 - $5,200.00 per month
