Sales Associate Business Development

Sales Associate (Business Development) This role is responsible for recruiting new janitorial customers for our franchise owners. The right candidate should be a self-starter who is comfortable generating and managing opportunities, attending sales appointments, and closing recurring service contracts.

9am-5pm,

Mon-Fri Pay Scale:

$40-$50k / year, based on XP, plus commissions. Sales Reps usually make a total of $70 - $80k with their commission structure at their current closing rate of 30%.

Ideal Candidate:

Open to hiring outside of the janitorial industry. Candidates must be strong at outside sales, cold calling, and generating their own leads. Sales Associates are also given leads (about 30-40 leads per month) and expected to convert to 80 appointments per month. Experience with cold calling, proposal follow-up, and closing deals is important. Candidates with facilities, building services, or B2B service sales experience would be especially strong fits.
