Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable solutions Process transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering procedures, including cash management and retail math Support customers with banking-related inquiries, including basic financial services and loan processing when applicable Maintain knowledge of store promotions, product features, and financial software systems to provide informed assistance Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and fully stocked to enhance the shopping experience Handle customer questions or concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Requirements Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential Basic math skills, including retail math and 10 key typing proficiency, are necessary for accurate transactions Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform cashiering duties efficiently A proactive mindset with a desire to learn about banking, financial services, and sales techniques High school diploma or equivalent required; ongoing training provided to develop industry-specific knowledge Join us as a Sales Associate and become part of a team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while growing your career in retail sales!
