Duties Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products or financial solutions Assist customers with retail transactions, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management Support banking-related activities such as basic loan processing and account inquiries Maintain accurate cash register operations using retail math skills and 10 key typing proficiency Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction Utilize financial software to process transactions efficiently and accurately Uphold store standards by managing inventory, merchandising displays, and ensuring a clean shopping environment Experience Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
