GED Full Job Description Optical Sales Associate :

Elios Optical Vision Center , one of Deerfield Beach most establish and iconic optical store's, base on giving our clients the best products available on the market at very reasonable price. We are currently seeking a full-time Optical Sales Associate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting frames or sunglasses from various brands, styles, and colors based on customer preferences. Identify and recommend types of lenses, materials, and coatings according to the lens prescription. Take all necessary measurements to ensure a perfect fit for any prescription lenses. Prepare patient/customer demographics, sales slips, and process orders using our specialized software. Instruct patients on how to wear and care for eyeglasses and make necessary adjustments. Perform physical inventory checks, replenish stock as necessary, and ensure safe storage and labeling of products. Achieve sales goals established by the management team while complying with company and local policies and procedures. Monitor status and notify customers when eyeglasses are ready or if there are any delays. Assist with answering phones for client/patient information or doctor's appointments. Must be willing to work on Saturdays.

Skills/Qualifications:

Strong sales skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to turn customer complaints into total satisfaction. Previous optical experience highly preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.

Minimum Requirements:

1 year of optical experience. High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Minimum 1 year of retail and customer service experience. Eligibility to work in the United States Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Medio tiempo, Comisión
