Summary We are seeking a few motivated associates to join our dynamic team in Glenshaw, PA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our mission of providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Willing to hire the right candidate without prior experience Compensation $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, but the sky's the limit!!! Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions. Manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions. Engage with our Marketing professional, formulating ideas and maximizing quality of marketing content Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage customer interactions. Collaborate with the dealership team to enhance the overall customer experience. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of vehicles to potential buyers. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve customers. Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge Qualifications Valid PA Driver's License Great customer service aptitude Desire to succeed Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not a requirement
