Sales Consultant, Radio and Digital Solutions

Job Description:

Are you a motivated professional with a passion for people and a knack for building strong client relationships? We're looking for someone with a successful track record in outbound sales to join our team and help local businesses grow by selling them a variety of radio and digital advertising solutions. This position is based in Knoxville and also works with businesses within a 30-mile radius of Knoxville.

Key Responsibilities:

Rebuild a once thriving sales territory with a portfolio of current, former and potential clients. Utilize our proven sales system to meet and exceed revenue targets. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships by meeting face-to-face with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advertising solutions using a variety of radio and digital products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory. Collaborate with the sales team to develop creative marketing campaigns that leverage the power of radio and digital advertising.

Qualifications:

This position is not for beginners. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in an outbound sales environment. Previous radio or advertising sales experience is not required, but it would give you a leg up. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong communication, and presentation skills. Familiarity with and a connection to the Knoxville area is a must. Preference will be given to candidates who live in the community. Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficient with computers and ability to use Google Suite products. Why Join Us?
