Full Time B2B Sales Development Rep (Onsite) We are looking for results driven sales development reps for our client, a growing healthcare SaaS company in Upper Saddle River, NJ, to join their onsite sales and lead generation team. You'll play a key role in reaching out facility managers at hospitals by phone and offer demo of their software. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and outreach to facility managers at hospitals and healthcare organizations Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM software Consistently meet or exceed sales lead goals and call activity targets Required Qualifications Demonstrated B2B outbound sales and cold-calling experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a high call volume Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) B2B calling Compensation & Benefits ????
