Our Worldwide Sales Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group focuses on implementing strategies, programs, tools, and processes that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, and innovate the way we lead and support one of the largest channel operations in the world. These solutions are typically new technical capabilities and/or the transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes-to-market, and growing complexity of sales plays.

As the Sales Enablement & Change Lead, you will drive the global training and enablement strategy for new and enhanced Sales tools, including our Salesforce-based CRM and emerging AI transformations. As an innovative thinker, you will leverage these AI technologies to drive effectiveness and infuse creativity throughout the planning, content creation, and delivery processes.

Rooted in adult learning principles, you will design, develop, and scale programs that ensure internal teams and external B2B partners effectively adopt new processes. Partnering closely with regional change teams, you will assess change impacts, develop targeted communications, and leverage analytics to drive global adoption initiatives. Description In this role, you will: instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories to design, develop, and scale multi-modal training programs (instructor-led sessions, virtual ILT, self-paced eLearning, video-based learning, and blended) for diverse global audiences.

Conduct learning needs analyses to identify skill and knowledge gaps, define measurable learning objectives, and align training strategies with business outcomes.

Create scalable enablement resources, including job aids, multimedia content, and knowledge checks, leveraging AI enhancements to maximize impact and efficiency across workflows.

Create, review, and update change management plans. Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct impact analyses, ensuring training and communication strategies align with the scope of each change.

Support and engage with senior leaders, develop communication materials to build awareness and understanding of new technologies for internal leadership, sales users, and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with product leads to define adoption metrics. Leverage reporting dashboards to create targeted adoption initiatives for new and mature capabilities.

Manage work streams, proactively planning next steps, mitigating risks, and managing dependencies.

Partner with regional subject matter experts (SMEs) to adapt global training and communications for regional differences, supporting process harmonization. Responsibilities Minimum Qualifications Typically requires 8+ years of related experience Background in instructional design, learning & development, enablement, or training content development. Expertise in instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy) and adult learning principles. Proven ability to translate complex business processes into clear, engaging, and effective training. Experience working on enterprise-scale, multi-country digital transformation projects within a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and tools; and understanding how training and enablement fit within a broader change strategy Experience supporting multi-release projects following Agile methodology. Analytical and strategic minded with the ability to ask probing questions, review metrics and develop actionable adoption strategies Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Certification in instructional design, learning experience design, or adult education (e.g., ATD
CPTD, CPLP
) and/or change management certification (e.g. Prosci) is a plus Experience applying learning evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick) to measure training effectiveness and iterate on program design Background in sales enablement with a focus on systems or software deployments, specifically — designing onboarding, readiness, or capability-building programs for field sales or channel partner audiences Knowledge of B2B business processes (e.g., such as account planning and management, lead, opportunity, and lifecycle management, partner collaboration, forecasting, campaign management) is a plus Passion for problem solving, and overcoming business challenges, and leveraging technological advancements to drive workflow efficiency. Resilience, tenacity, and attention to detail Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
