You have:
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal abilities The motivation to stay informed about the market, competitors, and trends A strong competitive drive and "will to win" attitude Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends A commitment to exceeding customer expectations You are: Confident selling high-value items in a competitive market A creative problem solver who takes initiative A professional who understands that your success is directly tied to your effort Qualifications Valid Driver's License (required) Automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required — we provide full training Must be comfortable using digital communication tools and CRM systems Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay structure: $20 Hourly + Commission + Spiffs Earning potential of $80,000+ annually Paid time off Dental, vision, and life insurance Employee assistance program Tuition reimbursement and referral program Schedule Full-time, 8-hour shifts Must be available to work weekends and evenings as required Cornerstone Automotive Group, our parent company, offers competitive total compensation, work that is challenging and meaningful, an engaging and collaborative work culture, performance recognition and room for growth opportunities.
