at The Fasion Outlets location! Key Responsibilities Process accurate and efficient sales and return transactions. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge by constant training and learning through existing and new resources to maximize the customer experience. Support sales team as needed towards the achievement of store goals. Assist in maintaining visual directives and standards, including merchandise presentation, product replenishment, display set up, and housekeeping. Consistently working towards achieving established store and individual sales and performance goals. Outreach or clientele, via phone call or email, Invicta Stores related information regarding promotions, new products, or special events to increase sales. Perform other retail sales-related duties as assigned by managers. Qualifications & Skills Prior retail experience preferred. Basic computer skills are required. Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance being essential.
