As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Sales Licensing Administrator who thrives on organization, precision, and making complex processes run seamlessly behind the scenes. This is a high-impact role where you'll play a critical part in enabling our sales teams to operate compliantly and efficiently across multiple states and municipalities. If you enjoy solving puzzles, navigating regulations, and being the person who keeps everything moving forward — this is your opportunity to make a real difference. You'll own and support the full lifecycle of sales licensing, ensuring our teams can operate smoothly and compliantly as we grow. Drive licensing operations by preparing and submitting applications across multiple states and municipalities Own tracking and renewals, ensuring all licenses remain active, accurate, and up to date Be the expert on licensing requirements — researching, interpreting, and applying local, county, and state regulations Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Field Operations, and internal teams to gather documentation and keep projects moving Maintain and optimize systems by managing licensing databases, records, and documentation archives Communicate proactively by keeping stakeholders informed of regulatory changes and impacts Ensure compliance excellence by reviewing applications, documents, and processes for accuracy and completeness Collaborate with external agencies to resolve questions, submit documentation, and keep approvals on track Skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail — you don't let things slip through the cracks Comfortable navigating and interpreting regulations, policies, and legal requirements Strong communicator who can translate complex requirements into clear next steps Able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or document management systems is a plus Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through Experience High school diploma or equivalent required (additional education is a plus) 3+ years of experience in administrative, compliance, or operational support roles Experience working with licensing, permitting, or regulatory processes is a strong advantage Benefits Why Join Us?
