Job Description

Anchor Marine Group is growing, and we're looking for the right person to help lead and build our sales department as we continue expanding. This is not your typical corporate management job. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the dealership sales environment, thrives around people, likes building a team, and wants to be part of an exciting and fast-growing marine business. We want someone with personality, energy, leadership ability, and a strong sales mindset. Someone who can motivate a team, create momentum, have fun doing it, and help build a culture people actually enjoy being part of. If you love sales, leadership, customer interaction, boats, being around the water, and building something meaningful — this could be an incredible opportunity. What You'll Be Doing Lead and manage the dealership sales department and sales staff Help recruit, hire, and develop additional sales team members as the business grows Work directly with customers and help close deals when needed Maintain strong CRM and follow-up processes Create accountability while keeping the team motivated and energized Drive outbound customer and prospect communication to create additional opportunities Monitor department performance, reporting, and sales metrics Work alongside ownership and leadership on growth strategies and dealership initiatives Participate in marketing discussions, promotions, and events Help coordinate and attend boat shows, customer events, and seasonal promotions Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the buying process What We're Looking For Previous sales management experience in marine, automotive, RV, powersports, or similar dealership environments A hands-on leader who leads from the front Strong communication and leadership skills Competitive, motivated, and organized Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented personality Comfortable using CRM systems and dealership software Boating experience and marine product knowledge are a huge plus. Compensation Competitive base salary Monthly performance-based commission structure Strong earning potential with no compensation caps Estimated total compensation of approximately $90,000 - $150,000+ annually depending on experience and performance If you're someone who enjoys leadership, sales, boating, customer interaction, and building a team the right way, we'd love to talk with you.
