About the Role We're looking for a high-energy, people-focused Treatment Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves connecting with patients. This is a key role in our practice—you'll guide new patients through their orthodontic journey from consultation to treatment start. If you enjoy sales, relationship-building, and delivering exceptional service , this could be the perfect fit. What You'll Do Welcome new patients and families with warmth and professionalism Educate patients on orthodontic treatment options and next steps Present treatment plans and confidently guide patients to start care Serve as the main point of contact from consultation to treatment start Follow up via phone, email, and text to build trust and close cases Track performance metrics and contribute to practice growth Collaborate with a supportive, fast-moving team

What We're Looking For Required:

Sales experience and a strong customer-first mindset Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confidence with technology and multitasking

Preferred:

Dental or orthodontic experience Sales experience
