Sales Manager

Job Description:

Ferrario Auto Team, of Sayre is seeking a Sales Manager to create a customer focused environment. Individual to assist the management team in it's recently opened new state of the art Nissan-Dodge-Ram-Chrysler-Jeep facility. The successful candidate will begin by creating process driven results and duties including managing processes to keep the customer informed during and after the sale. The candidate will manage customer facing sales. Ferrario Auto Team would like to offer an experience that no one else can match. Most of all the candidate will grow our internal team to provide the highest level of service. That includes training and managing our sales staff.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in creating the vision for a business and executing a plan to achieve that vision. Experience working with employees and customers Ability to create a team atmosphere Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to think critically about administrative procedures. This position requires for the candidate to have automotive management experience. We also have co-manager with decades of sales experience already in place to enhance the sales process. The new position is for a Sales Manager to run the front of the house. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and manage sales teams to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and enhance profitability. Monitor profit and loss statements to ensure financial targets are met. Lead project management initiatives to improve processes and operational efficiency. Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring staff and promoting effective communication. Identify new business opportunities and drive sales strategies to expand market presence.

$75,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
