What You'll Do Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals Desk deals and structure transactions effectively Monitor daily activity, appointments, closing ratios, and gross performance Work closely with F&I and BDC departments to maximize results Train and develop sales staff on process, product knowledge, and customer experience Ensure high CSI and maintain strong customer relationships Help recruit and onboard top sales talent Maintain a positive, competitive, and accountable showroom culture What We're Looking For Previous automotive sales management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Proven track record of driving sales performance Experience desking deals and working with lender structures High energy, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment CDK and VinSolutions experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + commission + bonuses Health benefits Paid vacation 401(k) Opportunity for long-term growth with an established dealership group Why Curry Chevrolet?
