Job Description

Summary We are looking for the power hitter. The most organized and proactive automotive manager available. We need an automotive experienced go-getter, non-velcro manager. Loyalty, being on time, what you've done in the past, and how great you are, all that gets you to the dance, now, let's see what you've got. Because we rarely hire from outside the organization, we need to know one thing about you first: What do you bring to the party we don't already have? How can you transform a non-performer into a superstar? What are your core beliefs for training, pricing used vehicles, and Inventory turn? Will your brain allow you to join our team and leave the past behind? We only hire 8-9-10s, so phoning it in doesn't work here. We will give you a wide platform to play on. You will make your own decisions about inventory, salespeople, and a host of other things. We fully expect you to ask questions and to grow, but we don't babysit or micromanage, so if that is needed, this is too big of a job for you already. We offer full benefits, a world of knowledge, and we grow our people to the point of their limits. If your heart is telling you this is the right job, then apply today. Bring your A game to the interview, or don't come. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance their buying experience. Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships. Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge and selling techniques. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales , with a track record of success. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. We are an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability.
