What You'll Do:

Transition into leadership: Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to crush monthly goals Desk deals and expertly structure financing to maximize profit and close rates Oversee F&I processes and ensure exceptional customer experiences Help drive dealership sales, CSI scores, and overall performance Ideal Candidate - Is This You? Current salesperson or sales leader ready for the next phase of your career Strong desking experience and finance/F&I knowledge (highly preferred or required) Proven track record of high sales performance and closing ability Natural leader who enjoys mentoring others and driving results Professional, positive, and customer-focused Valid driver's license and clean driving record If you're a motivated sales professional who's outgrown your current role and ready to level up into management at a great family-owned Ford dealership, we want to talk to you.
