Job Description

Overview The North Fork Resort in Greenport, NY is seeking a Sales Manager / Sales Executive to drive revenue through direct sales, property tours, and guest conversion of our cottages. This is a high-impact role within a fully operational environment featuring strong inbound demand, established systems, and immediate opportunity to perform. We are open to structuring this role in one of two ways: Full-Time Sales Executive High-Season Sales Role (Thursday-Sunday, on-site required) This is not a cold-start position—you will be working with active inbound leads, walk-ins, scheduled tours, and an established guest database . What You'll Do Manage and convert inbound sales inquiries and walk-in traffic Conduct on-site property tours and present ownership opportunities Execute consistent and strategic follow-up using structured systems Leverage guest database for outreach, remarketing, and lead conversion Track and manage pipeline activity and performance metrics Collaborate with ownership and leadership on sales strategy What We're Looking For We are seeking a proven closer who can step in and deliver results immediately—this is not a training role.
Requirements:
Full-time availability or Thursday-Sunday on-site commitment (required) No competing sales activity or outside conflicts Demonstrated success closing deals and managing a sales pipeline Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail Professional, responsive, and highly accountable Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment What You'll Get Immediate access to qualified leads and active demand A proven, structured sales system designed for results Direct support from experienced ownership and leadership High earning potential tied directly to performance Opportunity to operate in a high-volume, high-conversion environment Compensation Compensation will be structured based on experience and role type (full-time vs. seasonal), with strong performance-based earning potential . $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
