Sales Manager Trainee

In order to grow into the full-time Sales Manager role at Ozone Roofing, hitting the sales quota for 90 days straight will be necessary.

Sales Manager Trainee Responsibilities:

Oversees the daily operation and performance of the sales team. Generates updated sales reports, forecasts, and writes project proposals. Facilitates mentoring programs to promote personal and professional development. Communicates with potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings, and develop a steady pipeline of new leads. Monitor and analyze the sales teams' performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Sales Manager Trainee Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and managing other sales reps. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
