Job Description

Sales Manager (Egyptian) We are a growing company based in Washington looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed their individual and team targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
  • Train and mentor the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics to senior management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote our products/services
Requirements:
  • Egyptian nationality preferred
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus but not required
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
