Job Description
Company Overview MID Labs is a growing medical device company focused on innovative ophthalmic surgical solutions that improve patient outcomes worldwide. We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales & Marketing Manager to support and expand our international business outside the U.S. and China. What We're Seeking We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to support and grow our international markets outside the U.S. and China. This role will lead distributor management, channel development, trade show coordination, marketing initiatives, and regulatory support across global markets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively across cultures, and brings experience in sales strategy, marketing coordination, and business growth. Experience within the ophthalmic or medical device industry is preferred, but not required. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow international distributor networks Support sales, marketing, and customer relationship activities Coordinate trade shows, marketing materials, and sales leads Oversee order processing, shipments, pricing, and customer support Develop channel partnerships and sales strategies Support regulatory compliance and product registrations in global markets Collaborate cross-functionally on product launches and market expansion Analyze sales trends and support reporting initiatives Travel domestically and internationally as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 3-6 years of sales & marketing experience in international markets Medical device industry experience preferred, ideally ophthalmology Strong distributor management and contract negotiation skills Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills ERP/NetSuite experience preferred Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Medical Instrument Development Laboratories, Inc.
