FULL TIME PERMANENT POSITIONS

in our Sales department at our upcoming Madison location . We foster a team-driven and customer-oriented environment, and offer on-the job sales training program to our team members. We are not your typical retail establishment . We are seeking individuals with true sales experience, the ability to close a sale and have constant communication with customers. Preferred candidate will have experience dealing with residential construction trades, customers and/or involved within the construction as a supplier, contractor, sales or other.

Duties and responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers, finding their needs and helping them shop and/or design the structure or furniture of their dreams Working at the point-of-sale counter to process transitions. Suggesting items based on customer needs Record keeping on special / custom orders Merchandising items in the store and alerting manager when merchandise is low Provide great customer service and offer clients a great shopping experience Build relationships with customers through knowledge and strong interpersonal skills Weekends are required and other duties as assigned General cleaning duties as needed to assure welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Experience in a professional sales environment Customer service oriented Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Energetic and self-motivated Basic computer knowledge Previous sales experience is required

Benefits:

We offer paid training, bonus program, medical, dental, paid holiday and sick leave. Training well be at our Warrenton, VA Location until the Madison store opens. Must be able to commute to Warrenton VA for approximately 4-6 weeks. Potential pay ranges from $45,000

• $65,000+ per year based on retail and sales experience.
